Steven Shaquille Dillard (earth2kwasi) was born on Father’s Day in 1994. This plays a part in the unique name: Kwasi means “born on sunday” in Ghana, and the name also serves as a play on someone calling him: “Earth To Kwasi!!“. Lastly, It’s a unique username for all profiles to be in sync.
He is an entrepreneur, producer, songwriter, and engineer. Kwasi’s main goal in life is to leave a mark on every industry that he enters. Currently, this means attacking the business world and music industry with a vengeance while upholding a code of ethics.
Kwasi co-founded Colorado Community Staffing in August 2021, and is currently in the process of transferring the company to North Carolina (Carolina Staffing Initiative). He also founded Money Printerz Music Group (September 2021) to pursue his passions of creating music and helping independent musicians.
He is currently running the staffing company and building the infrastructure of the record label.
